SRM Fanatec USB Conversion Kits & Emulators

Sim Racing Machines (SRM) develops conversion kits, emulators and adapters for sim racing setups that combine hardware from different ecosystems. This collection includes Fanatec USB conversion kits and several emulator formats. These products serve different purposes: choose the connection you need before choosing a version.

USB conversion or Fanatec emulator?

A USB conversion kit connects a supported Fanatec steering wheel directly to a Windows PC for use with another wheelbase. SRM specifies PC use for these conversions; mounting the wheel still requires a suitable mechanical adapter or quick release.

An emulator allows a compatible Fanatec base to recognise a wheel connection and enable force feedback when using a different rim or wheel. Button and paddle connections depend on the emulator and wheel; an emulator is not automatically a USB conversion kit.
