With the R21 Ultra and R25 Ultra, Moza Racing has delivered its most technically advanced direct drive wheel bases to date — redefining what is achievable at their respective price points in sim racing. Both models are built around an all-new flat-wire motor technology, a design approach borrowed from aerospace and electric vehicle engineering, making them the first sim racing wheel bases in the world to use this architecture. The result is a zero-cogging motor with 26% higher torque density than comparable competitors, delivering a force feedback experience that is smoother, more detailed and more consistent lap after lap.

 The R21 Ultra outputs a sustained 21 Nm of torque, paired with a 21-bit magnetic encoder resolving over two million steering positions for extraordinary precision. The R25 Ultra pushes further to 25 Nm and adds a hardware true torque sensor operating at 0.1% accuracy and a 2 kHz sampling rate — the fastest torque response in the industry at launch, ahead of competitors at significantly higher price points. Both bases feature Moza's Nexgen 4.0 Force Feedback Algorithm, intelligent thermal management with real-time temperature monitoring, and a CNC-machined aluminium chassis with dual RGB light strips configurable via telemetry for ABS, gear shifts and flag signals.
