Subject to mandatory provisions of consumer law, cases of personal injury and gross or willful negligence by the Publisher, the Publisher’s liability under this Legal Notice is limited to direct and foreseeable damages resulting from a breach of its obligations.

In case of dispute, after attempted amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to French courts under the rules of the French Code of Civil Procedure, subject to mandatory provisions more favorable to the consumer, who may in particular bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence.
