Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CET (excluding French public holidays).

Response time: we aim to reply to any email within 2 business days. Urgent requests (orders in transit, payment) are handled first.

To speed up processing, please include in your message: your order number, your name and, where relevant, photos or screenshots illustrating your request.

4 – After-sales service

For any question relating to a Product received (failure, defect, non-conformity, spare part request), you may contact Maxence, our Customer Service & After-sales lead:

Useful information to attach:

  • Order number and copy of the invoice;
  • Precise description of the issue (date of occurrence, frequency, conditions of use);
  • Photos or videos illustrating the defect where applicable;
  • Product reference and, if applicable, serial number.

Legal guarantees: all our Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years from delivery – Articles L. 217-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery – Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Details of these guarantees are set out in our Terms of Sale.

Manufacturer’s commercial guarantee: some Products also come with a commercial guarantee provided by the manufacturer, whose terms and duration are indicated on the Product page or in the accompanying documentation. This commercial guarantee is in addition to the legal guarantees and does not replace them.

Processing: depending on the nature of the issue, we offer repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, under the conditions of the legal guarantees. Return shipping costs under the legal guarantees are borne by us.

5 – Product returns

The practical procedures (process, costs, depreciation reduction, bulky items) are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Before sending any return, please contact us to obtain the practical shipping information (confirmed return address, carrier recommendations, logistics for bulky items).

Default return address: PHOENIX SAS – The French Simracer, 8 Rue Albert Einstein, 85340 Les Sables d’Olonne – France. This address may vary depending on the Product (partner warehouse, supplier); we will confirm the address when you submit your request.

6 – Personal data – GDPR requests

To exercise your rights over your personal data (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, post-mortem directives), contact us at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com with GDPR in the subject line. A response will be provided within one month (extendable by two months in case of complexity).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL), 3 Place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris – www.cnil.fr.

7 – Mediation and dispute resolution

In case of an unresolved difficulty with our customer service, the consumer Customer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator, within one year of the written complaint:

8 – Reporting unlawful content or rights infringement

In accordance with Article 6 of the French Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy (LCEN), anyone may report manifestly unlawful content (rights infringement, counterfeit, defamatory content, etc.) on the website to contact@thefrenchsimracer.com, with LCEN REPORT in the subject line. Please precisely identify: the content concerned (URL), the nature of the grievance, and your full contact details to allow processing of your request.
