With the HMA150, Moza Racing makes its long-awaited entry into motion simulation — and does it with a system that bridges the gap between consumer sim racing and professional-grade platforms. Developed entirely in-house, from the servo motors to the control software, the HMA150 turns your static rig into a full 4-actuator, 3DOF dynamic simulator reproducing pitch, roll and heave in real time.

Each HMA150 Haptic Motion Actuator pairs a high-performance 48V servo motor with a precision ball screw drive, delivering 150 mm of stroke, speeds up to 300 mm/s and over 1G of acceleration with a 250 kg load. A 21-bit magnetic encoder resolving 2.09 million points and a dedicated 600 MHz processor ensure low-latency response of around 8 ms, while vibration feedback up to 200 Hz reproduces everything from engine rumble to road seams, kerb strikes and rally landings — all at under 55 dB. The controllers are integrated directly into each actuator housing: no external control boxes, no 230V wiring, just a clean and safe low-voltage installation with emergency stop and power-loss protection. The Moza Motion Manager software handles tuning, while AI Motion generates motion effects even in titles without native telemetry.

The system mounts on European-standard 4080, 40120 and 40160 aluminium profile cockpits, and the HMA Profile Adapter Kit completes the ecosystem for closed-rail 40120 and 40160 profiles, ensuring a secure bolt-on installation.
