Sabelt Simracing

Sabelt has been one of the most trusted names in real motorsport safety since 1972 — supplying harnesses, seats and belts to Formula 1 teams, Le Mans prototypes and leading automotive manufacturers including Ferrari and Lamborghini. In 2023, the Italian brand took a decisive step into sim racing with the launch of Sabelt Sim Racing: a dedicated division built to transfer five decades of motorsport engineering directly into the world of driving simulation.

The Sabelt Sim Racing lineup is structured around three complementary series, each targeting a different discipline and driving philosophy. The S Series is designed for GT-style cockpit setups — low, reclined, built for endurance racing immersion — with the SRS-1 fibreglass seat and a fully modular aluminium profile rig constructed with proprietary Zero-X anodised sections not available elsewhere on the market. The P Series centres on formula-style simulation, headlined by the P99 EVO I cockpit paired with the SRP-1 ergonomic formula seat, replicating the aggressive, low-slung driving position of a single-seater. The X Series takes an elevated road-style position, ideal for rally, drift and NASCAR disciplines, with the SRX-1 seat directly inspired by Sabelt's real-world Spine racing shell. Beyond cockpits and seats, Sabelt completes the setup with sim-specific accessories: wheel mounts, pedal plates, monitor stands and the G33 gloves — derived from real motorsport racewear, not fireproof — and a 4-point sim harness built from the same components as their competition seatbelts.
