The MOZA HMA150 Motion System is MOZA's flagship 4-axis, 3DOF motion platform for PC racing and flight simulation. With four actuators, 150 mm of stroke, 300 mm/s maximum speed and more than 1G of acceleration, it reproduces pitch, roll and heave while adding high-frequency vibration to connect your physical cockpit to braking, acceleration, cornering, kerbs, bumps and landings.

• Separate main control box: connects the actuators via RJ11, the emergency stop via RJ9 and the PC via USB. The main control box and power adapter are mounted separately on the rig.

• RGB ambient lighting: customisable 16.7-million-colour lighting can reflect ABS, traction control, flag signals and other telemetry events.

Compatibility and Installation

• PC only. The system is controlled through MOZA Motion Manager.
• The HMA150 requires a compatible aluminium-profile cockpit capable of accepting four actuators installed vertically and at the same height.
• The actuators must be mounted securely and perfectly vertical to ensure correct motion behaviour.
• Some 40120 and 40160 aluminium profiles with a closed central rail may require the separate MOZA HMA Profile Adapter Kit.
• Tube-style cockpits are not currently supported by the HMA150 system.
• MOZA AI Motion can extend haptic feedback to supported games without native telemetry.
• Native telemetry support is available in selected titles including Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, Assetto Corsa EVO, Assetto Corsa Rally, iRacing, Le Mans Ultimate, F1 23, F1 24, F1 25, EA SPORTS WRC, DiRT Rally 2.0, Automobilista 2, RaceRoom Racing Experience, BeamNG.drive, Forza Motorsport, Forza Horizon 5, Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator.

What movements does the MOZA HMA150 reproduce?

How much load can the four-actuator system support?

The allowable load depends on the complete installation and operating conditions. Check the current MOZA specifications for the supplied version and account for the cockpit, seat, equipment and driver before installation.

How should the HMA150 be maintained?

The current MOZA manual specifies lubrication through the maintenance port every 6–12 months as needed, with no lubrication required before first use. Keep the system indoors, away from direct sunlight, and within the stated operating environment.
