Simagic P-Active Active Pedal
The Simagic P-Active is an active pedal with a patented design: its feel is generated in software rather than by springs or elastomers. It is aimed at PC drivers who want to fine-tune their braking — or their throttle and clutch — and feel the car through the pedal. Fitted with a 250 kg pressure sensor with 16-bit resolution and built from CNC-machined aluminium, it is fully configured in SimPro Manager and mounts on a P1000, a P2000 or aluminium profiles.

- Programmable feel: pedal response is tuned in SimPro Manager, with no springs or elastomers to swap.
- One pedal, three roles: each P-Active can be assigned as throttle, brake or clutch, with official presets for each function.
- Response curves: 4 base curves (Linear, Exponent, Logarithm, S-Curve) plus a custom editor with 8 control points.
- Feel parameters: compression and rebound damping (0–100%), friction (0–100%), front and back stops in 3 modes (Soft, Standard, Firm).
- Telemetry vibration: ABS, wheel lock, wheel spin, gear shift and engine RPM, across around 20 supported titles.
- 250 kg sensor, 16-bit: dual-bridge pressure sensor and 16-bit conversion for precise, repeatable braking.

Important notes
- PC only: the P-Active is not compatible with consoles.
- Not compatible with P1000i / P1000i-RS (inverted P1000).
- On a P1000, the P1000 Adapter is first fixed to the P1000 baseplate with two M6-12 countersunk screws, then the P-Active is secured to the adapter.
- On a P2000, the P2000 / Extrusion Profile Adapter is fixed with six M6-12 pan head screws, then the P-Active is mounted on top.

FAQ
How is it different from a Load Cell pedal?
A Load Cell pedal measures the force you apply against a fixed mechanical stack. On the P-Active, force, travel, damping, friction and end stops are set in software, and the pedal can vibrate from game telemetry (ABS, wheel lock, wheel spin…).
What do 250 kg and 180 kg mean?
250 kg is the sensor's maximum load capacity. 180 kg is the maximum force the software can detect.
Can I fit it to my current Simagic pedals?
Yes on a P1000 or P2000, with the supplied adapters. It is not compatible with the P1000i and P1000i-RS.
How do I mount it on a P1000 or P2000?
The adapters are included. On a P1000, fix the P1000 Adapter to the baseplate with two M6-12 countersunk screws, then secure the P-Active to it. On a P2000, fix the P2000 / Extrusion Profile Adapter with six M6-12 pan head screws, then mount the P-Active on top. The P1000i and P1000i-RS are not compatible.
How do I connect several P-Active pedals?
A single USB cable to the PC is enough: the pedals are daisy-chained with Ethernet (RJ45) cables. Each pedal does need its own power supply.
Return & Refund Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code (Articles L221-18 et seq.), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without justification or penalty.
Eligibility
Any returned product must be intact, with no signs of wear, use, or installation, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, and the purchase invoice. Incomplete, damaged, dirty items, or products showing signs of use (e.g., sweat on wheels, assembly scratches, damaged threads, tightening marks) or with deteriorated packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our side.
Refund Options
- Full store credit (100%) — voucher valid on any future purchase.
- Refund to your original payment method — a case-by-case proportional deduction of 5% to 35% may apply, depending on the product’s condition (e.g., traces of use, assembly, missing packaging or accessories). This deduction reflects the objective depreciation of the item.
As per Article L221-23, any deduction must correspond to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

Processing & Timelines
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. After approval:
- Store credit: issued immediately after approval.
- Refund: processed within 10 business days. Bank/card processing may take longer. If you have not received funds after 15 business days, please contact us.
Outbound shipping: we refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid (if any). Express/premium surcharges are not refundable.
