The French Simracer - Philips Hue Play Arm
The Philips Hue Play Arm is a complete mounting kit for positioning a Philips Hue Play light bar above a sim racing cockpit screen. It includes one articulated arm and the hardware required for direct installation on an aluminium profile cockpit. The integrated cable passage helps keep the installation clean and discreet.
Articulated Mounting Arm
The articulated arm lets you adjust the position and inclination of the Philips Hue Play light bar. Its total length is 600 mm, providing a practical reach for installation above a cockpit screen.

Integrated Cable Management
An integrated cable passage helps route the Philips Hue Play cable along the arm for a cleaner and more discreet result. The light bar and its cable are not included with this product.

The arm is designed to position the Philips Hue Play light bar above a screen up to 32 inches maximum. Check the available space, screen position and cockpit profile before installation.

Installation and Adjustment
Fix the arm directly to a compatible aluminium profile using the supplied hardware. Once installed, adjust the articulated joints to set the position and inclination of the Philips Hue Play light bar. Tighten all fixing points securely and check that the arm remains stable before use.
Recommended Use
This product is recommended for use on a fixed sim racing chassis. It is not recommended for a motion simulator, as repeated movements may place additional stress on the mounting point and the articulated arm.

A clear statement is enough: no prior authorization is required. You may use the model form (Annex I of our Terms of Sale), but you don’t have to. We will then send you the return address and practical shipping information.
Sending the product back
Send the product back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective, non-conforming or was sent in error. We recommend tracked and insured shipping, preferably in the original packaging.
Bulky items (seats, chassis, cockpits): contact us to arrange transport. They should be returned disassembled and carefully repacked, with your own carrier or with ours on a quote you accept in advance (the cost is then deducted from the refund).
Condition of the product
You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning: the refund is then full. If it has been handled beyond that (signs of use, installation, scratches, damaged threads, missing accessories…), a reduction proportional to the depreciation observed may apply, generally 5% to 35% of the price. We tell you its amount and reasons in writing before the refund.
Refund
We refund the product and the outbound delivery at the standard rate (excluding express or premium surcharges) within 14 days of receiving your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method, free of charge. Store credit is only possible if you ask for it, and that choice does not change any reduction.

Sale and discounted items remain covered by the 14-day period.
Defective or damaged product
Email us at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com with the invoice, a description of the defect and photos. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as provided by the legal guarantee, and return shipping is at our expense. Reporting a damaged parcel within 3 business days helps with the carrier claim, without reducing your rights.
Guarantees
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery and by the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect): see Article 8 of our Terms of Sale. If the manufacturer offers a longer commercial warranty, it comes on top of these legal guarantees and does not replace them.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges: return the item, then place a new order.
