Product Description: The LeoXZ XGT Pro Steering Wheel by Leoxz is designed to provide an unparalleled sim racing experience. With a meticulously crafted 295mm polyurethane grip, CNC-machined components, and customizable RGB LEDs, this steering wheel offers a combination of durability, functionality, and aesthetics. The integrated 0.96-inch IPS screen and multi-functional controls ensure that all necessary information and adjustments are readily accessible during intense racing sessions.

- Adjustable Clutch Paddles: Clutch paddles can be set to bite point mode or axis mode.
- Hall Sensors: All paddles use non-contact Hall sensors for long-lasting durability.
- Quick Release Compatibility: 70mm diameter QR mounting hole; can connect to Leoxz Fanatec QR to unlock Fanatec base torque.
- Optional Powered QR: Available for Fanatec, Simagic, and Moza bases.
- Fanatec Mode: Compatible with PS4/5 on Fanatec bases and supports access to the Fanatec Tuning Menu.
- Low Latency Wireless: Features 2.4G wireless functionality with the XGT 2.4G Link USB receiver (sold separately).

Important Notes:
- The steering wheel is for sim racing use only.
- For USB power input, the maximum voltage is 5V. For QR power input, the maximum voltage is 12V. Exceeding these limits may damage the steering wheel.
- The free version of SimHub outputs data at a 10 frame rate; an additional license is needed for 60 frame rate.
- The SimHub dashboard is only effective when connected via USB. With a 2.4G wireless connection, only the built-in dashboard for gear and speed is available.
- Place the wireless receiver within 1 meter of the steering wheel to avoid a decrease in wireless speed.
- For bases with noticeable EMI issues (e.g., Fanatec DD1/2), connect the steering wheel using an externally powered USB hub and a USB isolator, and ensure the DD1/2 has an additional grounding cable.
- Fanatec compatibility has been tested with driver and hardware versions prior to May 1st, 2024.

Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused*, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you may do the same as you can in a physical store. You can inspect the product but do not take it into actual use

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
