Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals
The Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals are load cell pedals in powder-coated stainless steel, available as a 2 or 3-pedal set. The brake uses a 120 kg load cell and handles up to 65 kg of real braking force, with a dual-stage feel and 6 firmness settings. The controller is built into the brake pedal and connects by USB, plug and play, with tuning in Heusinkveld SmartControl.

Important notes
- A full frame rig is required: floor mounting or a wheel stand without a rigid link to the seat is not suitable.
- For a rigid mounting, use aluminium profiles, a thick plate or the Heusinkveld Sprint Baseplate.
- Heusinkveld positions the Sprint for home use and esports; for professional or commercial use it recommends the Ultimate+.

Do I need a baseplate?
The Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals need a rigid mounting on a full frame rig. The Heusinkveld Sprint Baseplate is the dedicated solution, but aluminium profiles or a thick plate also work.
Sprint or Ultimate+: which should I choose?
The Sprint handles up to 65 kg on the brake and suits home use and esports. The Ultimate+ handles up to 140 kg, adds hydraulic damping and targets professional use.
Do the Sprint Pedals work on a console?
No. The Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals work on PC with Windows 10 or newer only.
Who handles warranty and after-sales service?
The French Simracer handles after-sales service for the Heusinkveld Sprint Pedals, as for every brand it sells, with a contact based in France. You never deal with the manufacturer directly. The product carries the 2-year legal warranty, or the manufacturer warranty if longer.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last parcel) to withdraw, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

A clear statement is enough: no prior authorization is required. You may use the model form (Annex I of our Terms of Sale), but you don’t have to. We will then send you the return address and practical shipping information.
Sending the product back
Send the product back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective, non-conforming or was sent in error. We recommend tracked and insured shipping, preferably in the original packaging.
Bulky items (seats, chassis, cockpits): contact us to arrange transport. They should be returned disassembled and carefully repacked, with your own carrier or with ours on a quote you accept in advance (the cost is then deducted from the refund).
Condition of the product
You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning: the refund is then full. If it has been handled beyond that (signs of use, installation, scratches, damaged threads, missing accessories…), a reduction proportional to the depreciation observed may apply, generally 5% to 35% of the price. We tell you its amount and reasons in writing before the refund.
Refund
We refund the product and the outbound delivery at the standard rate (excluding express or premium surcharges) within 14 days of receiving your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method, free of charge. Store credit is only possible if you ask for it, and that choice does not change any reduction.

Sale and discounted items remain covered by the 14-day period.
Defective or damaged product
Email us at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com with the invoice, a description of the defect and photos. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as provided by the legal guarantee, and return shipping is at our expense. Reporting a damaged parcel within 3 business days helps with the carrier claim, without reducing your rights.
Guarantees
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery and by the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect): see Article 8 of our Terms of Sale. If the manufacturer offers a longer commercial warranty, it comes on top of these legal guarantees and does not replace them.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges: return the item, then place a new order.
