Heusinkveld DisplayDash Mount
The Heusinkveld DisplayDash Mount (HE-DD-M1) is the mounting system designed for the Heusinkveld DisplayDash. It fixes onto an aluminium profile sim rig and combines a 150 mm aluminium profile arm, two joints and a VESA 100 × 100 plate, so you can place and angle the DisplayDash to match your driving position.

Important notes
- The DisplayDash is not included.
- The M4 screws used to fix the DisplayDash to the VESA plate are supplied with the DisplayDash.
- The VESA holes of the DisplayDash have a thread depth of 10 mm: never use longer bolts, as this may damage the product.
- The end cap covers the sharp edges and the M8 thread of the profile when no joint is mounted on that end.
- The Heusinkveld installation schematic shows 5 mm and 6 mm Allen keys. We have no confirmation that they are included.

Is the DisplayDash Mount required to use the DisplayDash?
No. The DisplayDash has a standard 100 × 100 VESA mount, so you can also use another VESA bracket. The Heusinkveld DisplayDash Mount is the mounting system designed for it.
Can I adjust the position of the screen?
Yes. The two joints let you set the position and the angle of the DisplayDash to suit your seating position.
Which screws should I use for the VESA mount?
Use the M4 screws supplied with the DisplayDash. The thread depth of its VESA holes is 10 mm: do not use longer bolts.
Who handles warranty and after-sales service?
The French Simracer handles after-sales service for the Heusinkveld DisplayDash Mount, as for every brand it sells, with a contact based in France. You never deal with the manufacturer directly. The product carries the 2-year legal warranty, or the manufacturer warranty if longer.

A clear statement is enough: no prior authorization is required. You may use the model form (Annex I of our Terms of Sale), but you don’t have to. We will then send you the return address and practical shipping information.
Sending the product back
Send the product back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective, non-conforming or was sent in error. We recommend tracked and insured shipping, preferably in the original packaging.
Bulky items (seats, chassis, cockpits): contact us to arrange transport. They should be returned disassembled and carefully repacked, with your own carrier or with ours on a quote you accept in advance (the cost is then deducted from the refund).
Condition of the product
You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning: the refund is then full. If it has been handled beyond that (signs of use, installation, scratches, damaged threads, missing accessories…), a reduction proportional to the depreciation observed may apply, generally 5% to 35% of the price. We tell you its amount and reasons in writing before the refund.
Refund
We refund the product and the outbound delivery at the standard rate (excluding express or premium surcharges) within 14 days of receiving your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method, free of charge. Store credit is only possible if you ask for it, and that choice does not change any reduction.

Sale and discounted items remain covered by the 14-day period.
Defective or damaged product
Email us at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com with the invoice, a description of the defect and photos. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as provided by the legal guarantee, and return shipping is at our expense. Reporting a damaged parcel within 3 business days helps with the carrier claim, without reducing your rights.
Guarantees
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery and by the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect): see Article 8 of our Terms of Sale. If the manufacturer offers a longer commercial warranty, it comes on top of these legal guarantees and does not replace them.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges: return the item, then place a new order.
