Is the Heel Rest adjustable?
Yes. The removable Heel Rest is made from 4 mm-thick steel plate and adjusts for height, distance and angle, so you can dial in your ideal driving position. It can also be removed entirely for use with the Podium Pedals Formula.

Can I use the steel Heel Rest with the Podium Pedals Formula carbon fiber heel cups?
No. The steel Heel Rest and the carbon fiber heel cups supplied with the Podium Pedals Formula cannot be used together. You choose one or the other depending on your preferred setup.

Do I need any tools or extra parts that aren't included?
