Circuit One D Force 1
The Circuit One D Force 1 is a 3DOF motion system with four actuators that reproduces pitch, roll and heave, and layers high-frequency haptic detail on top across a 0–100 Hz range. Each actuator is driven by an integrated low-inertia spindle servo, offers 50 mm of travel at up to 150 mm/s and lifts up to 180 kg, enough to move a complete cockpit with the driver seated. Machined from aerospace-grade aluminium, the actuators bolt onto a standard 8020 aluminium profile rig with eight screws in total, and the whole system is set up in Circuit One's free Circuit Manager software on Windows PC.

Important notes
The load figure is per actuator, not a single total payload. Circuit Manager is required to run the system. Keep hands and feet away from the actuators and the area under the seat while the system is running. Software and manuals are on our downloads page.

FAQ
Does the Circuit One D Force 1 give motion or haptic vibration?
Both, in the same units. The Circuit One D Force 1 moves the cockpit in pitch, roll and heave with 50 mm of travel, and adds high-frequency haptic detail across 0–100 Hz, so no separate shaker system is needed.
Can the D Force 1 move a full rig with a direct drive base and hydraulic pedals?
Yes. Each of the four Circuit One D Force 1 actuators lifts up to 180 kg, which covers a complete cockpit with its direct drive base, hydraulic pedals, screens and the driver.
Will the D Force 1 fit my cockpit?
The Circuit One D Force 1 bolts onto standard 8020 aluminium profile with eight screws in total, or can stand on the supplied base cups. If you are unsure about your cockpit, send us its details and we will check it.
Does the D Force 1 use SimHub?
No. The Circuit One D Force 1 runs on Circuit One's own Circuit Manager software, with presets, per-axis tuning, a game launcher and OTA firmware updates.
How does the RGB lighting work?
The RGB lighting of the Circuit One D Force 1 follows your telemetry: ABS, traction control or flags can each have their own colour and blink pattern in Circuit Manager, and the lighting can be switched off.
Does the D Force 1 work on PS5 or Xbox?
No. The Circuit One D Force 1 works on PC Windows only.
Who handles warranty and after-sales service?
The French Simracer handles after-sales service for the Circuit One D Force 1, as for every brand it sells, with a contact based in France. You never deal with the manufacturer directly. The product carries the 2-year legal warranty, or the manufacturer warranty if longer.

Return & Refund Policy
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code (Articles L221-18 et seq.), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, without justification or penalty.
Eligibility
Any returned product must be intact, with no signs of wear, use, or installation, in its original packaging, and complete with all accessories, manuals, and the purchase invoice. Incomplete, damaged, dirty items, or products showing signs of use (e.g., sweat on wheels, assembly scratches, damaged threads, tightening marks) or with deteriorated packaging will not be refunded or exchanged.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made on our side.
Refund Options
- Full store credit (100%) — voucher valid on any future purchase.
- Refund to your original payment method — a case-by-case proportional deduction of 5% to 35% may apply, depending on the product’s condition (e.g., traces of use, assembly, missing packaging or accessories). This deduction reflects the objective depreciation of the item.
As per Article L221-23, any deduction must correspond to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the goods.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will correct the issue at no cost to you.

To exchange, simply return the product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Processing & Timelines
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return. After approval:
- Store credit: issued immediately after approval.
- Refund: processed within 10 business days. Bank/card processing may take longer. If you have not received funds after 15 business days, please contact us.
Outbound shipping: we refund the standard delivery cost you originally paid (if any). Express/premium surcharges are not refundable.
