Ascher Racing Ultimate Black Edition + Simucube 3 Bundle
The Ascher Racing Ultimate Black Edition + Simucube 3 Bundle combines the Ascher Racing Ultimate Black Edition steering wheel with a Simucube 3 direct drive wheelbase of your choice (Sport 15 Nm, Pro 25 Nm or Ultimate 35 Nm), the Simucube Link Quick Release and the Ascher Racing SC3 QR Mounting Adapter: everything needed to mount the wheel on the base. The Simucube Link Hub is available as an option.

Important notes
- A Simucube Link Hub is required to run the Simucube 3. If you already own one (for example with ActivePedals or a Valo GT-23), choose "No".

FAQ
Is a quick release included in the bundle?
Yes. The Ascher Racing Ultimate Black Edition + Simucube 3 Bundle includes the Simucube Link Quick Release for Simucube 3 and the Ascher Racing SC3 QR Mounting Adapter needed to fit it on the wheel.
Do I need the Simucube Link Hub option?
The Simucube 3 needs a Simucube Link Hub to run. Choose "Yes" if you do not own one; if you already have one with ActivePedals or a Valo GT-23, choose "No".
Which Simucube 3 should I choose?
The Sport (15 Nm) is the most accessible model, the Pro (25 Nm) gives more headroom, and the Ultimate (35 Nm) offers maximum torque and a 5-year warranty.
Who handles warranty and after-sales service?
The French Simracer handles after-sales service for the Ascher Racing Ultimate Black Edition + Simucube 3 Bundle, as for every brand it sells, with a contact based in France. You never deal with the manufacturer directly. The product carries the 2-year legal warranty, or the manufacturer warranty if longer.

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from receipt of your order (or of the last parcel) to withdraw, without giving any reason and without any penalty.

A clear statement is enough: no prior authorization is required. You may use the model form (Annex I of our Terms of Sale), but you don’t have to. We will then send you the return address and practical shipping information.
Sending the product back
Send the product back within 14 days of your request. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the product is defective, non-conforming or was sent in error. We recommend tracked and insured shipping, preferably in the original packaging.
Bulky items (seats, chassis, cockpits): contact us to arrange transport. They should be returned disassembled and carefully repacked, with your own carrier or with ours on a quote you accept in advance (the cost is then deducted from the refund).
Condition of the product
You may handle the product as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and proper functioning: the refund is then full. If it has been handled beyond that (signs of use, installation, scratches, damaged threads, missing accessories…), a reduction proportional to the depreciation observed may apply, generally 5% to 35% of the price. We tell you its amount and reasons in writing before the refund.
Refund
We refund the product and the outbound delivery at the standard rate (excluding express or premium surcharges) within 14 days of receiving your decision. We may wait until we have received the product or your proof of shipment, whichever comes first. The refund is made to your original payment method, free of charge. Store credit is only possible if you ask for it, and that choice does not change any reduction.

Sale and discounted items remain covered by the 14-day period.
Defective or damaged product
Email us at contact@thefrenchsimracer.com with the invoice, a description of the defect and photos. We will repair, replace, reduce the price or refund as provided by the legal guarantee, and return shipping is at our expense. Reporting a damaged parcel within 3 business days helps with the carrier claim, without reducing your rights.
Guarantees
All our products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery and by the guarantee against hidden defects (2 years from discovery of the defect): see Article 8 of our Terms of Sale. If the manufacturer offers a longer commercial warranty, it comes on top of these legal guarantees and does not replace them.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges: return the item, then place a new order.
