Product Description: Introducing the Simagic P1000 3 Pedals Sets, a state-of-the-art 3 pedal set designed to deliver peak performance and versatility for both road and race car simulations. The P1000 pedals feature a brand-new optimized design, eliminating complicated installation procedures and ensuring easy, quick setup with profile installation plates and a wiring box.
Key Features:
- Modular Design: The integrated design allows for quick replacement of rubber pads, supporting up to 27,648 different combinations to match all preferences.
- Sensor Options: Loadcell sensor and Hall angle sensor can be switched freely. Hall angle sensors are more accurate for road cars with long travel distances, while loadcell sensors are more accurate for race cars with short travel distances.
- Durable Construction: Built with an all-aluminum alloy metal structure, these pedals are designed to withstand high-strength use, enduring over 200,000 stomps without flaws.
- Adjustability: Multiple adjustments are possible, including pedal spacing, height, throttle strength, pitch angle, pedal stroke, and quick clutch adjustment.
Optional Upgrades:
- P-HPR (Haptic Pedals Reactor): Simagic's patented linear motor simulates real automobile forces, offering realistic feedback. The frequency and amplitude of vibrations can be adjusted to recreate diverse driving feedback from different vehicles, with updates via software.
- P-HYS (Hydraulic System): An optional hydraulic brake system that provides a more accurate reproduction of the damping and rebound of genuine car brakes.

Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused*, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you may do the same as you can in a physical store. You can inspect the product but do not take it into actual use

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
