Product Description: The LeoXZ XF1 Pro Wheel (3K Carbon Fiber) is designed for the ultimate sim racing experience, offering multiple models tailored to meet diverse driving needs. Featuring a high-quality polyurethane grip, durable CNC-machined components, and customizable RGB LEDs, this steering wheel combines functionality with premium aesthetics. The integrated 4.3-inch IPS screen and robust control options make it an essential addition for serious sim racers.

- High-Precision Polyurethane Grip: The 275mm diameter grip, produced by high-precision molds, features a special coating for a delicate texture that satisfies various driving needs.
- Durable Construction: Back cover and paddles are processed using CNC technology and coated with black anodizing for optimal appearance and lasting durability.
- Premium Materials: Front panel made of 5mm 3K carbon fiber, with paddles made of 3mm 3K carbon fiber.
- Customizable RGB LEDs: Includes 18 RGB LEDs that can be customized through SimHub.

- Magnetic Shifter Paddles: Comes standard with magnetic shifter paddles; additional clutch and option paddles available.
- Adjustable Clutch Paddles: Clutch paddles can be set to bite point mode, axis mode, and button mode.
- Hall Sensors: All paddles use non-contact Hall sensors for long-lasting durability.
- Robust USB Interface: Sturdy and reliable USB-XS9 interface with a locking mechanism.
- Quick Release Compatibility: 70mm diameter QR mounting hole; can connect to Leoxz Fanatec QR to unlock Fanatec base torque.
- USB Connectivity: Can only be connected through USB for a wired connection.

Important Notes:
- The steering wheel can only be used in sim racing.
- For both USB and quick release power interfaces, the maximum input voltage is 5V.
- The free version of SimHub outputs data at 10 fps; an additional license is needed for 60 fps.
- The steering wheel must be connected through USB to function properly.
- For bases with noticeable EMI issues (e.g., Fanatec DD1/2), use an externally powered USB hub and a USB isolator. Ensure the DD1/2 has an additional grounding cable.
- Fanatec compatibility has been tested with driver and hardware versions prior to May 1st, 2024.

Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused*, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*In order to receive the entire purchase amount back, you may do the same as you can in a physical store. You can inspect the product but do not take it into actual use

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
